Our Model

Independent by Structure.
Designed for Clarity.

Bondford operates as an independent advisor and agency broker.

Clients contract directly with Tier-1 regulated financial institutions. We coordinate access, structure solutions and remain actively involved as your needs evolve.

Why Our Structure Matters

In financial services, structure shapes incentives.

Many providers develop proprietary products, warehouse risk or act as principal counterparty. Their revenue depends on what they sell, how much risk they hold or how many transactions they process. Our structure is different:

We do not hold client funds

We do not act as contractual counterparty

We do not warehouse risk

This preserves independence. It allows us to focus on one objective: aligning each client with the infrastructure best suited to their structure, jurisdiction and operational needs.

How Clients Work With Bondford

Our model is flexible by design

Depending on the nature of your requirements, clients engage with us in one of two ways.

1. Managed by Bondford

For organisations whose needs align with our coordinated servicing model, Bondford manages the relationship on an ongoing basis. Clients access banking and FX capabilities through regulated institutional partners, with Bondford acting as front-office coordinator and relationship lead. We remain:

Senior point of contact

Escalation partner

Operational coordinator

Oversight and governance support

This model provides institutional capability combined with high-touch, relationship-led servicing.

2. Introduced by Bondford

Where client requirements involve high-volume API integrations, complex jurisdictional licensing needs, specialist derivatives execution or other advanced capabilities, direct institutional engagement is often the stronger structural fit. In these cases we:

Assess structural requirements

Identify the institution with appropriate appetite and capability

Coordinate introductions

Support onboarding and documentation

Remain available as advisor and mediator where needed

Our role is not to force a servicing structure where it does not serve the client’s best interests.

Why This Benefits Clients

Reduced Market Friction

The financial services landscape is crowded, opaque and sales-driven. Clients often spend significant time reviewing providers, navigating inconsistent onboarding outcomes and deciphering pricing structures. We streamline that process.

How We Are Compensated

Bondford is compensated directly by our regulated institutional partners, not by our clients.

We receive a percentage of the revenue generated by the regulated institution from the client relationship. The percentage reflects the scope of our involvement — higher where Bondford manages the full client relationship, lower where we introduce and coordinate.

In complex cases where the scope of structuring and onboarding warrants it, a project fee may apply. Where it does, this is scoped, agreed and documented transparently before any work begins. Our commercial model is designed to be simple, aligned and free of the conflicts that arise when advisors earn revenue from products they recommend.
